Good to Know - T&Cs for Special Packages and Breaks
Due to our Special Packages and Breaks offering great value money there are some specific Terms and Conditions that you should be aware of prior to making your reservation.
All special packages and breaks will be subject to these terms and conditions.
All rates quoted are per person (unless specified otherwise).
All rates are based on two guests sharing a double Classic Bedroom (unless specified otherwise).
Our Classic, Apartments and Indulgent Bedrooms are unable to be set as twin bedded rooms - should a twin room be required these are available in our Superior Room and Feature Room categories and the appropriate supplement will apply.
Should a single occupancy room be required a single supplement will apply per room, per night, This varies per package and please contact our reservation team for more information on the single supplement for your package.
Discount Vouchers or any other discounts cannot be used in conjunction with special breaks or packages.
Bedrooms and Packages are subject to availability and are not available on Bank Holiday Weekends, Public Holidays, Christmas/New Year. Certain dates may also be excluded.
Where dinner is included you can enjoy an allowance of up to £30 per person (unless otherwise specified) to chose from our A la Carte menu - excludes drinks.
Our MBB Brasserie and KHH Restaurant can be exceedingly busy especially and we recommend making a dinner reservation prior to your arrival, to avoid disappointment.
Where Sunday Lunch is included you can enjoy an allowance of up to £20 per person to chose from our Sunday Lunch menu - excludes drinks. Our Restaurant can be exceedingly business for Sunday Lunch and would strongly recommend making a booking prior to arrival - Sunday Lunch is served between 12.30pm and 2.30pm.
Unless stated our usual Check-in time is from 3pm and Check-out is by 11am
Room upgrade from a Classic Room are available for the following supplement:
Superior Room - £25 per room, per night
Apartment - £30 per apartment, per night
Feature Room - £50 per room, per night
Indulgent Room - £100 per room, per night
For our Autumn Staycation and Autumn Retreat packages, full prepayment will be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Our Special Packages and Breaks are refundable up until 72 hours prior to arrival without incurring any cancellation charges, after this time 100% cancellation charges will be applicable.
For all other packages, (unless stated) full prepayment is required at time of booking and in the event of a cancellation the booking is non refundable and non transferable in any circumstances.
